With a 20 year track record in leadership, operations and marketing, Alex’s strength lies in developing customer experience strategies. This entails shaping deep customer understanding to guide problem solving, experience vision and service principles that shape organisational behaviour and the customer narrative to enable empathy and collaboration.
In 2015 Alex authored the book ‘Customer Experience is the Brand’. She now regularly facilitates Customer Journey Mapping workshops and speaks and writes on customer-centric transformation.
